What this site is

An independent information website about The Title Cocoon residential project in Cherng Talay (Bang Tao), Phuket, published by Tumanov Group. It is not the developer's official website. The project is developed by Rhom Bho Property PCL, listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as TITLE.

Not an offer

Figures, dates and descriptions shown here are for reference. They do not constitute a public offer and may be changed by the developer without notice. Current terms are always confirmed in writing before any transaction.

Project stage

Construction has not started. Environmental impact report 256910-4 was filed in October 2026 and is under review (record 16566 of the register of Thailand's Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP)). The developer has not announced the sales launch, construction or completion dates.

Prices and plans

As of the last update of this page the developer had not published prices, floor plans, the unit count or dates for The Title Cocoon. The figures of 7 floors and one-bedroom apartments from about 30 m² come from agents and are not confirmed by documents. Payment-plan terms, launch discounts and price benchmarks refer to other The Title projects (The Title Olive, The KUARTZ, FIZZ) and are quoted as the developer's practice, not as The Title Cocoon terms.

Ownership

The Title Cocoon is recorded in the EIA register as a residential building under the Building Control Act, not as a condominium under the Condominium Act. This site therefore does not state that The Title Cocoon is freehold or leasehold: the form of ownership for foreign buyers is to be confirmed and is published here the day the developer announces it.

The developer has not published renders of The Title Cocoon. The images on this site are mood illustrations created for this website (AI-generated) and labelled as such: they show the lifestyle in general, not the project's architecture, layouts or finishes. The developer has not shown the exact The Title Cocoon plot, so this site does not quote distances from the project to landmarks. The area description refers to the Cherng Talay subdistrict (Bang Tao area) as a whole.
